We do not expect all wines to be sealed with Stelvin or Diam corks or similar. In the case of expensive wines, we send the corked bottle to the producer with a polite letter and expect feedback. Unfortunately, some producers are not interested in us or our customers. We have therefore decided to list some very positive and negative feedback here.

Positive:

• Château D'Yquem: corked 1990 half bottle replaced by 2022 bottle
• Keller: corked Abtserde replace by Abtserde from recent vintage
• Maculan: corked half bottle 1990 Acininobili replaced by 2 half bottles of recent vintage
• Kühling-Guillot: corked Wurzelecht replaced
• Molitor: corked Graacher Himmelreich Spätburgunder*** replaced by same vintage
• Roederer: corked 2008 Cristal replaced by the current vintage

Negative:

• Quintarelli: "our wines do not cork"
• Domaine Rouget: no reply to corked Corton Charlemagne
