The Pierre Moncuit 2012 Millesime is a perfect Champagne if you like the notes of blossoms, caramel and white nougat. The champagne has medium body and is long, dense and mineralic. 18.5/20 points.

The Eric Rodez Grands Vintage Edition 34 Extra Brut has only a minimal dosage of 1.5gr/L but the champagne is elegant and perfectly balanced. The champagne has quince and blossoms, medium body and is fresh, mineralic, perfectly balanced and precise. We never had an Extra Brut which is so perfectly balanced. 18/20 points with potential for more with age.
