I found a Cuvee Caroline from 2005 in my cellar.

The Schlossgut Diel 2005 Spätburgunder Cuvée Caroline has perfect drinking maturity and should therefore be drunk now. The wine has strawberry, cherry and dark toast, a full body and is long and balanced. With its Burgundian structure, it is a perfect pirate for any Burgundy tasting. 18.5/20 points.
