Today its's time for a Sauternes.

The Château Caillou 1947 Creme de Tête is a very elegant Sauternes although it has only medium body. The wine has blossoms, honey, hazelnuts, some caramel, botrytis and is creamy, perfectly balanced and very elegant. 19/20 points.
