There is Château Martinet 1982, a small winery in Bordeaux, and Dönnhoff Hermannshöhle 2015.
The Dönnhoff 2015 Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Großes Gewächs has peach, apricot, herbs, blossoms, full body, almost full length and is mineral, oily, very dense and balanced. The wine needs a long aeration. 18.8/20 points.
A friend brought us this bottle. The wine is from a great Bordeaux vintage, but from a small winery. We are surprised that this is nevertheless a great wine in the glass, an archetypal mature Bordeaux:
The Château Martinet 1982 St. Emilion is ripe but very complex with blackberry, cassis, elderberry, powdered sugar, plaka, rosehip, red currant, medium body and perfect balance. 18.5/20 points.
