The Margarethenhof – Jürgen Weber 2018 Ayler Kupp Riesling Hochgewächs is an archetypal Riesling with blossoms and lots of apricot and peach, spruce, and medium body. The wine is mineral, long, and juicy. 18.5/20 points.

Many Dolcetto wines have enormous potential and are drunk too young. This includes the Abbona 2017 Dolcetto di Dogliani Papa Celso. The wine has cherry, blossoms, a full body, good structure, lots of tannin, and is long and balanced. The wine is too young and needs more time to reach its full potential. Currently 17.8/20 points with potential for more.
