Perhaps it will reach greatness with perfect ripeness. The wine has notes of muscat, blossoms, and apricot, a medium body, and is dry, mineral, long, fresh, and balanced. Currently rated 17.3/20.

There are also great white wines from Greece: The Artemis Karamolegos Winery 2022 Pyritis comes from Santorini and is made from 100% Assyrtiko grapes. The wine has notes of blossoms, lime, flint, and dark toast, a full body with 14% ABV, and is very mineral, spicy, long, dense, and perfectly balanced. 18/20.
