The Luis Perez 2024 La Escribana is made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes and produced similarly to a sherry, but without fortification. The wine is intensely salty and mineral with notes of porcini mushrooms and blossoms, and has a long, balanced finish. This is a wine with real character. 17.5/20 points.

The Luis Perez NV Fino Palma Caberrubia Saca IX DO Jerez is a typical Fino sherry with expressive notes of pear and hazelnut. The wine is full-bodied and has a long, rich, nutty, salty, mineral finish with balance. 17.8/20 points.
