This is one of the best Bubbles of Itlay and it is aging extremly well.

The "Riserva del Fondatore" from Giulio Ferrari is one of the best bubbles of Italy. The quality is equal to a high-end Champagne and it ages extremely well. It is made of 100% Chardonnay.

Although it has a good maturity, it seems to be very young and has still potential. It has hazelnut, flowers, a bit caramel and butterscotch. It is medium- to full-bodied, very mineralic and structured and needs air to open up. It again proofs the quality (19/20 points).
