The M. Antonio de la Riva Solera Palo Cortado is an ancient bottling and was opened years ago. The bottle has been in our wine fridge ever since. In that time, the sherry has continued to improve and is now extremely complex with caramel, salt, almonds, Japanese plum, whisky, cigar box. The sherry has full body and is dry, precise, long and dense. 19.8/20 points.
