Who & Why

Find out who we are and why we do this: About us

Let's go with Spumante from Piedmont, St. Joseph from the Rhone and a Spätlese from the Nahe.

Today we have 3 powerful Rieslings and a Châteauneuf-du-Pape from 1923.

This time there are three interesting wines from different regions.

This time we have a Cornas from Alain Voge.

We start the year with wines from Saint Cosme and Rebholz.

Happy New Year!

This time we have Switzerland, Rhone and Piedmont.

Wines are from Alphone Mellot, Francois Villard, Charles Joguet, Bartolo Mascarello and Conterno-Fantino.

We have Elio Grasso vs. Alain Voge.

This time we have wines from the Rhone, Tuscany, Palatinate and Würtemberg.

A friend donated two interesting bottles.

Today's wines are Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, Pieropan Soave and Chardonnay from Piedmont.

There is Riesling and wines from France - Bordeaux and Rhone.

This time: the top sparkling wine from Raumland, two Sauvignon Blanc from the New World and a Cote Rotie from Guigal.

There are ripe Dom Perignon, Karl Erbes and Chapoutier. We still don't know why Karl Erbes hasn't sold out long ago, given its quality and value for money.

Here we have two interesting wines, a white from Piedmont and a red from the northern Rhone.

1967 Chateauneuf du Pape, 1947 Barolo and Chateau Troplong Mondot 1959 were donated by a friend.

This time: Chateau de Beaucastel, Jean-Claude Bachelet, Jaboulet Aine and Castello dei Rampolla.

Here we have a mixture of Rhone, Mosel, Rheinhessen and California.

The North Rhone is always an interesting wine region.

The white wines are from California, Rhone and Mosel. We brought the Nebbiolos back from our Piedmont short trip.

White wine simply goes better on a hot summer evening.

Which wine goes best with a nice venison roast? Barolo, Californian Pinot Noir or a Chateauneuf-du-Pape?

This time we tasted Chateauneuf-du-Pape versus California.

We had to taste some new arrivals in our wine cellars. Since there was fish for dinner, we chose white wines.

No matter which region, we wanted to taste some great wines. And we were lucky in our selection.

We wanted to prove the durability of Cornas with two 2012 red wines from Dumien-Serrette and Vincent Paris.

It is famous but difficult to buy.
