Ferrari sparkling wines from Trentino always need a lot of time to develop and reach their peak. The Ferrari Maximum Brut, disgorged in 2013, is no exception. The sparkling wine is now beginning to reach drinking maturity, but will last for many years to come. The sparkling wine is very champagne-like with fine perlage, blossoms, hazelnut, medium to full body, balance and density. A perfect aperitif. 18/20 points.
