The W.E. Frank 2017 Riesling Pettenthal is one of the best wines of this winery. The wine has an expressive nose with apricot, peach, lime, orange oil and blossoms. It is medium- to full-bodied with mineral, spice, also white chocolate with air and some honey. 19/20 points.

The Schloss Gobelsburg NV Tradition Heritage Cuvee 3 Years Edition 850 is a cuvée with different vintages and different grape varieties, mainly Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. The wine is expressive and spicy with sweet blossoms, a full-body, a light sweetness, a long finish, perfect balance and awesome freshness. It gets better and better with maturity. 18.5/20 points.

It's amazing with this quality that this winery isn't more famous: The Sergio & Battista Borgogno 1982 Barolo Cannubi is a archetypal Barolo from a great vintage with still ruby colour, cherry, herbs, a full-body, structure, density, a long finish and perfect maturity. The wine tastes younger as it is. 19/20 points.

The Ansaldo 1961 Sciactrac Vino Liquoroso Riserva 5 Stelle is a sweet wine with 100 grams of residual sugar from the Cinque Terre. The high sweetness has perfectly preserved the wine. It is very sweet with 16% vol. alcohol, hazelnut, some caramel, a full-body, a long finish, density and complexity. 18.5/20 points.
