We were happy to taste such an old wine from Spain: It was made from several vintages between 1905 and 1920 with 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot.

Although Castell Del Remey 1910s Reserva had a garnet colour, this wine was not only still alive. It was fun to drink with honey, flowers, rose hip and still some tannin. With its complexity and clean fruit, you would never assume that it is so old. 18/20 points.
