This time we have a pineapple sparkling wine from Tahiti, produced according to the metode champenoise, and a Chardonnay from Morlet.

The Manutea Tahiti Brut d'Ananas Queen Tahiti was made from pineapple using bottle fermentation. The sparkling wine has a fine perlage, smells and tastes intensely of pineapple and has a medium to full body and is very dry, long and balanced. The sparkling wine is extraordinary and a lot of fun. 15.8/20 points.

The Morlet 2020 Chardonnay Coup de Coeur is a powerful New World Chardonnay with butter, vanilla, herbs, white nougat, white chocolate, full body, lots of power and is dense, long, mineral and with great structure. The wine definitely needs aeration in the decanter. 19.3/20 points.
