There is Cardinale Estate Red from California and Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs from Champagne.
The Cardinale 1997 Estate Red Wine has held up very well, there are no overripe notes at all. The wine has blackberry, cassis, red bell pepper, barrique, full body, a Nebbiolo-like tannin, structure, long finish and definitely needs to be decanted. 18.8/20 points.
The Charles Heidsieck NV Blanc de Blancs (aged on the lees 2015, disgorged 2019) has blossoms, some coffee, medium body, decent acidity and is fresh and creamy. A perfect aperitif champagne with the high Charles Heidsieck quality. 18/20 points.
