The Kistler 2015 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is a perfect start: It has blossoms, white chocolate, pineapple, a bit caramel, vanilla, full-body density, a long finish and it is perfect balanced, powerful and very expressive. 19.5/20 points.

The Peter Michael 2015 Chardonnay Ma Belle Fille is a very elegant wine which needs minimum 2 hours of aeration. The wine has a hint of caramel, liquorice, blossoms, full-body, density, and a long finish. 18.8/20 points.

Kongsgaard produces year after year one of the best Chardonnays. The Kongsgaard 2015 Chardonnay The Judge has flowers, cake batter, caramel, a full-body, a long finish and it is spicy, very balanced, very complex, dense and full of power. 19.5/20 points.

The Marcassin 2005 Chardonnay 3 Sisters Vineyard needs a lot of aeration, 4 hours or more. The wine is very complex and balanced and has plum, blossoms, pear, fennel, cigar box, iodine, a full-body, mineral and a medium-long finish. The wine is dense, complex and characterful. 19.8/20 points.
